SCBA - DEZEGA P-70
The DEZEGA P-70 is a compressed oxygen breathing apparatus designed for use in rescue and firefighting in underground mines, tunnels and confined spaces.
The P-70 is the smallest and lightest in its class of breathing apparatus. With a robust case, a handheld digital controller, and external cooling elements, the closed-circuit SCBA provides enhanced safety and efficiency during rescue operations.
With adjustable harnesses, flexible back supports and variable height fitting features, the DEZEGA P-70 Breathing Apparatus also offers a comfortable and ergonomic fit.

The DEZEGA P-70 Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus features smart onboard electronics to provide self-checks, monitoring, warnings, data sharing, plus post-event analysis for the wearer and their team.
The P-70 unit can be easily assembled, disassembled, and maintained – with no special tools required. Replacement parts, spares and upgrades are also available.
Ease-of-use by the wearer has been considered in the design with the P-70 SCBA incorporating an adjustable harness system with a lightweight robust casing.

The handheld Electronic Measuring Device (EMD) is made from impact-resistant materials and is securely connected to the case. It can be waist or shoulder worn.
The EMD provides easily accessible and vital P-70 Breathing Apparatus user data including cylinder pressure, remaining working time, ambient temperature, real time team status, inactivity detection alert, plus warnings and alarms.
With a high contrast, full-colour display, user data is visible even in the most difficult environments such as darkness, bright sunlight, or smoke.
An RFID tag allows the user to be identified, user groups to be created and data shared within a team. After an event, the stored information in the EMD can be accessed for analysis, training and investigation.

The DEZEGA P-70 Breathing Apparatus features external cooling elements that can be easily switched out as required.
With a simple twist action to “unlock” the open design air cooler, a replacement set of four ice cooling tubes can then be slotted in, without removing the P-70 from wear or opening the hard case.
Spare cooling tubes are stored in a freezer until needed, then transported in an insulated container.
