Production Electrician

We are seeking motivated and skilled and licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work in a fast-paced production environment assisting with the assembly of electro-mechanical products, following safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with the Workshop Supervisor and team to meet production goals and ensure the highest product quality.
Key Responsibilities
To be a success, You will…….
- Assist with the fit out of all manufactured electrical products (240-120VAC and 48-12VDC).
- Test and sign off on all electrical equipment (UPS systems, inverters, controllers).
- Liaise with CSA to ensure compliance with CSA 22.1 Electrical Standards.
- Electrical inspection and maintenance of facility.
- Ensure a high standard of work is maintained and quality control of products.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and document control.
- Adhere to safety standards and promoting a safe work environment.
- Acquire and maintain all necessary license(s).
- Ensure housekeeping of MineARC® facilities and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain 5S practices and help champion improvement ideas to help grow the business.
- Signs off build sheets as tasks are complete and to MineARC standards.
- Maintain Teams Planner app as tasks are completed.

Production responsibilities:
- Assembly of electro-mechanical parts on all our manufactured products.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to travel on occasions to customer sites for maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Ability to identify root cause of faults and provide resolutions.
- Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekends to achieve business needs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, build time.
- Cross training to perform work on other lines or in other production areas as needed.

Workshop Supervisor

We are currently looking for a passionate Workshop Supervisor to manage up to ten workshop technicians. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee and direct production activities in a manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, team management, workflow monitoring, and coordination with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Workflow Management
- Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate labor based on production schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of builds according to the production schedule.

Quality Management

Sales Representative – Mining & Tunneling Industries

We are currently looking for a passionate Sales Representative to sell our portfolio of products within the mining and tunneling industries in the United States. Sales at MineARC revolve around providing tailored solutions to customer problems. The foundation for this is a technical background that brings industry and market knowledge in order to develop current and potential customer relationships.
You will be responsible for developing and obtaining yearly budgets in line with company procedures and targets. You will work closely with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for existing and new products.

Remote Service Technician
MineARC Systems is the global leader in controlled environments and safety technologies for the underground mining, tunneling, chemical processing, disaster relief and biotechnology industries. We specialize in the manufacture and supply of emergency refuge chambers, safe havens, disaster shelters and grow chambers, as well as a range of remote monitoring, tracking and communications technologies that allow full integration in heavy industrial applications.
We are currently looking for a passionate Remote Service Technician to expand our service team. Service at MineARC revolves around providing quality service and maintenance for our products and customers. The foundation for this is excellent training and troubleshooting.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to provide necessary services or maintenance. You will be responsible for working with the service team to streamline the process of the customer’s needs.
Key responsibilities but are not limited to the following:
Customer Service Site Duties
- Travel to customers’ facilities for routine services, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and commissioning.
- Test and troubleshoot RGA’s.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and document control.
- Adhere to safety standards and promoting a safe work environment.
- Acquire and maintain all necessary certifications to operate all machinery and equipment used at the MineARC® facility.
- Gather and input customers’ existing products and future needs into SAP for the Sales Representative to follow up.
- Assist production with the fit out of manufactured products.
- Perform general housekeeping (5S) of MineARC® facilities and other duties as assigned when at site.
- Promote and recommend additional and necessary MineARC products.
Duties
- Devise strategies and tactics for new business and new markets.

- Complete expense reports and submit to Expensify immediately after each service trip.
- Conduct a minimum of (1) Online Service School per year.
- Follow up regularly with customers on maintenance issues and outstanding quotes.

A successful West Australian company that manufactures safety equipment is looking for a dedicated and successful Sales Manager to promote and sell our products into the mining, tunnelling, construction, and chemical processing industries throughout Africa.
The Role:
This role involves overseeing the African Sales department and cultivating and nurturing customer relations through extensive travel to customer sites and ensuring hands-on engagement with customers to drive sales success in the African region. You will be looking after the African Sales Team consisting of 4 Business Development Managers and assist in the strategic and budget planning of the department.
The African Sales Manager will report directly to the African General Manager as well as the Directors. They will also be an integral member of the Executive Committee which consists of the MineARC Directors, General Manager and Heads of Department; meeting on a weekly basis to discuss major corporate objectives. The Executive Committee is responsible for the direction and day-to-day operation of the business and are required to set the business standards and lead by example.

- Coordinate service and operator training with your customers
- Proactively prospecting and securing new business opportunities within the African Market
