MineARC与Palabora矿业公司（PMC）建立了良好的合作关系，PMC定期对其矿场的救生舱设备进行产品维护和升级。
PMC自1956年建成投产，是南非主要的精炼铜生产商，年产量约45000吨。其位于南非林波波省的93亿南非兰特（约合 9.3亿澳币）铜矿项目二期计划将运行到2033年。
PMC于2013年购买了第一台MineARC救生舱;这也是首台由MineARC南非分公司在本地生产的救生舱。之后，他们又购买了两台26人的MineSAFE标准型救生舱，配置了六个100人的永久避难硐室。
Palabora坚持为救生舱执行严格的产品维护计划，每四个月进行一次MineARC专业技术维护。
尽管救生舱由MineARC专业人员进行维护，许多PMC的技术人员仍然参加并完成了MineARC免费提供的技术学校课程，获得了救生舱现场维护和紧急维修的认证资质。
最近，PMC分别对三个移动式救生舱进行了设备升级，包括新的视频监控系统；近期还计划安装最近发布的GuardIAN系统。 GuardIAN系统可在待机和紧急情况下为Palabora提供救生舱群组实时监控、通信和诊断信息。
Palabora在林波波省的矿区还配置了六套MineARC EnviroLAV厕所系统，其中的五套安装在井下。
